Japanese Maples – countless tiny, cut leaves. In the fall, some of them turn into fiery colors, with a beautiful shapes. These are plants for the patient ones. They grow slowly and are quite capricious.

The lanterns were commissioned by a client who created one of the most beautiful Japanese gardens. It is home to decades-old Japanese maples, bamboos, ferns, and garden hydrangeas. The lantern was made out of 2mm Cor-ten sheet.

It is an ideal artistic object for the artist: it decorates, attracts attention, is in constant dance, and the brass elements change their position all the time – they change shades. It is a light structure that can be hung from the ceiling on a self-adhesive hook.

We like to look at patterns painted by nature. It gives us pleasure, relaxes and calms us down. This time the artist looked at the chrysanthemum. Lots of tiny petals inside, the farther from the center the petals get bigger and scattered. But each of them is similarly bent and arranged radially, which makes us see order in the apparent chaos.

For quite a long time, the artist thought about how she could represent the Earth in her metal artworks. And when she tested different patinas on copper, their colors immediately made her think of our “blue planet”. On her wallpaper, the Earth emerges from the black abyss, however she decided to frame it in polished brass, just like a jewel – because it is extremely precious to her.

A diamond is something that she associates the most with glamor, and mirror-polished stainless steel is the best material to imitate the reflections it creates. The simple, graphic form reproduces the cuts of the diamond and at the same time makes the whole thing quite balanced.

The artist have rust Corten several times to most accurately reproduce the surface of the sun, until she finally succeeded. It will fit well in modern interiors – loft and minimalist, dominated by natural materials. It looks good with its negative – “black planet”.

The inspiration for creating this art work was the sun. It is golden, shiny and very simple in the form we see. Although it is really difficult to notice the contours through its glow. This art work is simple in its form, but also ornamented thanks to brass and backlight. Fits both modern interior and more traditional with gold details.

This wall sculpture is made out of brass. The original idea involved a single birch leaf, which then born another idea to re-create a whole Birch branches with brass. It adds a little warmth to minimalistic interior designs.
